I wish all mothers a Happy Mother’s Day !
Yesterday Jan took me to a gardening center, where he surprised me with these 2 wonderful hydrangea paniculata plants that he bought for my mother’s day! He knows that I love hydrangeas.
Aren’t they gorgeous?
Within a few weeks they will bloom as you can see here on this picture.
One of the next days he will plant them in vases standing on the terrace of our home. I promise to take a picture of the result and post it later this week.

I hope you had a fabulously Happy Mother's Day! I did not realize that Mother's day was the same in Belgium as it is here in North America. Now I know, hopefully I can remember for next year.

ReplyDeleteI am so happy that you had a wonderful Mother's Day, Greet. I also love hydrangeas, and have recently learned that the soil composition determines the color. I have never tried to change them as I love every color, especially the white with a hint of green.
