Hi Greet
ReplyDeleteLove the Belgian designers house
and the acanthus wheel is really unusual
i like all the wooden chairs and stools too and the featured corner with table and candle sticks Love fay xxx
I am loving the fireplace with the wood surround. So pretty and unique.

ReplyDeleteI love these pictures! Great inspiration this morning. I love At Ease Interiors. She has such a beautiful palette with such great detail. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteTons of inspiration my friend! I will happily visit both websites. Love the mirror in the foyer seen in one of Jamie's rooms. And those wooden kids chairs in one of Bieke's rooms are fantastic!
ReplyDeleteLove to you,
Mon
Hello, my dear friend!
ReplyDeleteWonderful, simply wonderful! I love seeing both designer's work! This is very interesting, because you can see much of the "American" way to decor lately and the European way. I love both!
I hope you're doing great! Drop by to say "hello", ok? I missing you there!

Post of the Day: Tracery Interiors.
Love the chairs in the first shot and the elegant understated style in all of Bieke's designs.
ReplyDeleteto be honest don't really like the first one! too heavy for me. But... i really love the 2nd one! light and airy! and gorgeous details!
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing!

Pretty, both in their own ways. I love the setting in the living room on the top!
ReplyDeleteAlso the entrance with the inlaid black and white chest!
The second home almost a little to austere for my taste, but well made!
I can see the quality in both places!
Thank you for he wonderful link,I like specially the At Easy Interior's work. So elegant and calm atmospheres,
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend Greet,
Hugs
Cecilia
Jamie is not only talented but also gorgeous, I think I’m a tad jealous…lol. Her canapé with the two pillows is stunning love the simple but elegant touch. And I love the interiors by Bieke Pittoors, they’re so subtle and relaxing looking. She could do my home anytime! Thank you for sharing two amazing designers with us.
ReplyDeleteDebra,
Thanks for sharing these designers. Always interesting to see what others are creating. The first one seemed a bit contrived and overly "designed". Bieke's work however, speaks volumes in scale, design and a true sense of place. Such balance and grace!
ReplyDeleteThis was a real treet, thank you for such a marvelous post.

Hello my friend,
ReplyDeleteOnce again you have brought us some great eye-candy! Those homes are all very beautiful. I especially like the little girls pink bedroom and the room with the coral colored window treatments!
Very lovely!
I hope you are having a lovely day, we are getting lots of snow and warming trend at the moment, only minus 5 degrees Celsius. Tomorrow is meant to be minus 27 C. for a low. That's more normal at least.
Hugs, Cindy
Hennie
Hi Greet: I am so interested in learning more about the exterior brick on Bieke's project. It has a white washed look, but does not appear to be. We don't really have brick work like that in the States, and it is gorgeous. In North Carolina, we have wonderful brick manufacturers because of the Triassic basins of clay earth (also wonderful for tobacco). Would you be so kind to send me a link or quick explanation. Lovely post!
ReplyDeleteBest,
Liz
